This study examines "Community Perceptions of Agricultural-Based Business Development Opportunities in the Lebak Swamp Land Area (Study in Sakatiga Village, Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency)". The purpose of this study was to determine the agricultural development carried out by the community in the Lebak swamp land, Sakatiga Village, Indralaya Ogan Ilir District. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Types and sources of data obtained through primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses Mar'at perspective. The results of this study indicate that before carrying out the development of agricultural businesses carried out by the community, the lebak swamp land was formed naturally. Rawa lebak itself consists of unkempt forests whose conditions are overgrown with wild bushes and waterlogged. But then with the changes made by the community to develop lebak swamp land into agricultural land which is not only used by the community for rice fields but also used by the people of Sakatiga Village for gardening which is planted with food crops such as chili, green beans, sweet potatoes and corn as well as the community. also make fish farming ponds if the swampy area is inundated with water. So that with the development of agriculture in the Lebak swampland carried out by the community, agriculture in Sakatiga Village is growing, and can improve the community's economy.
