This study aims to test the theory of learning methods with the support of Skinner's theory by relating learning outcomes so that it can be seen how much influence learning methods in online learning have on the learning outcomes of high school students at the Tunas Bangsa Palembang Islamic Education Foundation. The research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 1010 with a sample of 91 student respondents. The variables of this research are learning methods in learning from (X) and Learning Outcomes (Y). Collecting data from variables using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Testing the prerequisites of hypothesis analysis using normality test and linearity test. The results showed that the significance level was 0.05 so it could be concluded that the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. Where Ha stated that there was a significant influence between learning methods in online learning on the learning outcomes of high school students at the Tunas Bangsa Islamic Education Foundation, Palembang. The correlation coefficient value of 0.598 has a fairly strong contribution and the value of the determinant coefficient of 0.357 learning methods in online learning contributes to the influence of student learning outcomes by 35.76% and the other 64.24% is influenced by variables not examined in this study. Through partial calculations, there is a significant influence between the lecture method (X1), Discussion Method (X2), Recitation Method (X3) on the dependent variable learning outcomes (Y) at the 95% confidence level and the significance value of each test result is obtained. < 0.05. The results of quantitative descriptive analysis in general, the learning method variables in online learning are in the very high category with a percentage of 55%, while the learning outcome variables are in the high category of 39.5%. Keywords: Learning Methods, Online Learning, Student Learning Outcomes.
