This study aims to determine how effective the use of e-booklet media is in helping students to improve their self-regulated learning. In this study, researcher is using purposive sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling for first-semester students in the Guidance and Counseling study program, Sriwijaya University. In this study, researchers used a pre-experimental design method with the type of one group pretest-posttest. Data were collected through a psychological scale with a Likert scale which was collected via google form. Data analysis was performed using the Liliefors normality test, homogeneity test, and independent sample t test. The results of the study using the SPSS V.25 data processing application showed that the pretest results obtained an average value of 67.06 while the posttest results obtained an average value of 80.65, which means that there was an increase from the previous results after being given treatment. The results showed a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000
