This research focuses on the development of STEM-based on the topic of science material on the water cycle with the flood phenomenon. This research and development design consists of 5 stages of implementing the ADDIE model. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 6 Sekayu superior with a sample of 1 class consisting of 33 students taken by simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a validation sheet for LKPD products and student response questionnaires to the LKPD products being tested. In the STEM-based LKPD product quality test, based on an assessment by the validator on the aspects of the feasibility of content, language, presentation, and graphics so that the value given by the two validators, the overall validity average based on the content validation calculation by Gregory is 0.8 so that based on this value, the LKPD product is in the "very high validity" category. in the valid category and Validator II, namely 88% which is in the very valid category, which means that it can be used in the science learning process in schools. In the practicality test of LKPD through a student response questionnaire, the percentage result is 70% which is included in the "practical" category, this shows that LKPD can support science learning in schools. the result is greater than the R table, which is 0.576, it can be concluded that the instrument used in the student response questionnaire is reliable.
