This research aimed to develop the media of thematic learning video based on Powtoon application on theme of Figure and Discovery sub theme Discoverer Who Changes The World at grade VI State Elementary School 1 Muara Enim and to find out the validity and attractiveness of thematic video learning media. The type of research used was Research and Development (R&D). The research procedure used was Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) development. This research was validated by expert media validator and material expert validator and tested on the class teacher and students of grade VI for obtaining responses. The assessment result by the media expert obtained percentage 100% that was categorized into strongly valid. The assessment result by the material expert obtained percentage of 100% that was categorized into strongly valid. The results obtained by the teacher after fulfilling the questionnaire of teachers’ responses is 94.40% that was categorized into strongly attractive. The percentage result obtained from the students after fulfilling the questionnaire of students’ responses is 99.06% that was categorized into strongly attractive.
