This study aims to produce a virtual laboratory product based on android-based SMA/MA acid-base titration materials that are valid, practical and effective. The research method used is development research using the Rowntree model (Planning Stage, Development Stage, and Evaluation Stage) modified with Tessemer formative evaluation (self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation, small group evaluation and field test). . Data collection techniques are validation sheets, questionnaires and tests. The results obtained at the expert review stage on material validation were 0.88 and media validation was 0.82 with a very valid category. In the one-to-one evaluation and small group evaluation stages using the SPSS version 25 program, Cronbach's Alpha values were obtained of 0.656 and 0.680, respectively, with a high category of practicality or trustworthiness and a field test of 0.79 with a high category of effectiveness.
