IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF DI UPT SMA NEGERI 2 PALEMBANG TERHADAP KESETARAAN ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS DALAM PEMENUHAN HAK PENDIDIKAN
This study aims to determine the implementation of the inclusive education program at UPT SMA Negeri 2 Palembang towards the equality of children with special needs in fulfilling the right to education. This study uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques such as documentation, interviews, and observations. The results showed that the implementation of the inclusive education program at UPT SMA Negeri 2 Palembang has been running smoothly, as evidenced by the indicators, namely communication, resources, position, bureaucratic structure, it can be concluded that UPT SMA Negeri 2 Palembang has made every effort to implement inclusive education programs. so that the equality of children with special needs in fulfilling the right to education is fulfilled, but the lack of facilities and the lack of special personnel such as special guidance teachers (GPK) for children with special needs.
