PENGARUH VARIASI ARUS LISTRIK DAN JENIS KAMPUH PADA PENGELASAN SMAW TERHADAP KEKUATAN UJI BENDING SAMBUNGAN BAJA ST
This study aims to determine the effect of variations in electric and the type of seam on SMAW welding on the strenght of the st 37 joint bending test. The currents used are 90 A, 110 A, and 130 A using V dan X seams the bending testing is curried out. Specimen 1 with an electric current of 90 A seam V, Specimen 2 with an electric current of 110 A seam V, Specimen 3 with an electric current of 130 A seam V. Specimen 4 with an electric current of 90 A seam X, Specimen 5 with an electric current of 110 A seam X, and Specimen 1 with an electric current of 130 A seam X. The result of this study after processing the data obtained the lowest bending test result are in speciment 1 with a current used 90 A strong V with a value of 4,084 kgf/mm². And the value of the highest bending test result is in specimen 6 with a current used 130 A knit X with a value of 42,579 kgf/mm². Key Words: SMAW Welding, Bending Test, Electric Current, Seam
