STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH BUMN OGAN ILIR DALAM UPAYA PENGEMBANGAN UMKM DI KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is one of the sectors that have a role in helping the development of a country, of course in this case the role of government becomes important to participate in the development of MSMEs. But in fact there are still many MSMEs in the area have not received empowerment either first or sustainable, this will be adapted to the quality and income of MSMEs. Looking at the problem, this study aims to find out the communication strategy of the construction of Ogan Ilir State-Owned Houses in the efforts to develop MSMEs in Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses communication strategy theory according to the Academy for Educational Development (AED) in Nasution and using qualitative research methods with data obtained from six informants who were independent of three employees of Rumah BUMN and MSMEs who became partners of rumah BUMN. The method of data collection uses in-depth interviews, in addition to completing data conducted observations, literature studies and documentation studies. From the results of this study, it is realized that the dimensions of the development communication strategy stage are carried out in a planned manner by looking at the implementation of dimensions one to four aimed at the community, especially MSMEs.
