This research entitled "Organizational Communication Models in The Process of regeneration of members of DPD II Golkar Party Prabumulih City ". The Prabumulih City Golkar Party is one of the political party organizations in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is lo find out what organizational communication models that are appiled to the Prabumulih City Golkar Party organization. The theory used in this research is the communication models (pola komunikasi) purposed by Jalaluddin Rakhmat, where in this theory there are five communication models, namely the wheel, chain, Y, circle and star models. The research method appilied is qualitative method, which is a form of research that includes the process of collecting and compiling data. Data collecting is done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the models of organizational communication that take place in the Golkar Party of Prabumulih City was found to be more than one models. In this study, it was found that the Golkar Party of Prabumulih City used the Y communication model and the star communication model. The y model is usually used when communicating with different levels, while the star model is usually used within the scope of the DPD of the Golkar party in Prabumulih.
