Research about "Growth and Chlorophyll Content of Green Beans {Phaseolus radiatus L.) with Different Levels of Water Supply" was held in April 2013 until June 2013, observations growth of green bean made in the shadow of house located at students boarding house (PMI), Jin. Nusantara Km. 32 and chlorophyll content measurements performed at the Laboratory of Plant Physiology Biology Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, South Sumatra. This research aimed to determine the effect of different water for growth and chlorophyll content of green beans. The design used in this research is completely randomized design (CRD). Consists of 5 treatments, Pi = water supply 60% of total water requirement, P2 = water supply 80% of total water requirement, P3 = control (100% water requirement), P4 = water supply 120% of total water requirement and P5 = water supply 140% of total water requirement. Results were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and followed by a further test of Duncan New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) with level a 5 % . The result showed that the different of water supply (60%, 80%, 100% (control), 120% and 140 of the total water requirement) for green beans {Phaseolus radiatus L.) does not significantly affect with plant height, leaf area and dry weight, but have real effects with root length and chlorophyll content of green beans {Phaseolus radiatus L.). Average height of plants, leafes area and dry weight of plants was the highest of P4 treatment with each value are 32.62 cm, 43.57 cm2 and 2.23 grams while the longest root is 20.57 cm generated by P* treatment. Value of the highest chlorophyll content of 40.68 pg/cm2 generated by P3 treatment (control) but the lowest value of chlorophyll content produced by P5 treatment with the value 25.35 pg/cm2.
