The title of this research is "Implementation of Health Protocol Discipline Policy Towards a Productive and Safe Community Covid-19 (Case Study: Ilir Barat District 1) In Palembang City". This research was motivated in reality what happened was’nt as expected, the lack of awareness and consistency of the community towards the discipline of health protocols led to the number of Covid-19 patients in Palembang City continuing to grow, and Ilir Barat 1 District was the highest positive case of Covid-19. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of health protocol discipline policies towards a productive and safe community of Covid-19 (Case Study: Ilir Barat District 1) in Palembang City. This study uses the theory of Ripley and Franklin with three dimensions that are used as benchmarks, namely compliance, the smooth implementation of routine functions, and the realization of the desired performance and impact. The research method used is quantitative. This research was conducted using (Statistical Package for the Social Science) SPSS. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of the health protocol discipline policy towards a productive and safe Covid-19 community (case study: Ilir Barat District 1) in the city of Palembang was categorized as poor. Suggestions that can be given in this study are public awareness to be more obedient, provide massive socialization from the government and strengthen the supervision system by the Covid-19 Task Force in Palembang City.
