During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government provided social assistance for people affected by Covid-19. This study aims to determine the distribution of the Covid-19 Direct Cash Assistance Budget in an effort to help the economy of the community affected by Covid-19. One of the social assistances distributed to the community in Limbang Jaya I Village, Ogan Ilir Regency is the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) and BLT-DD recipients in Limbang Jaya I Village amounted to 106 KPM. This research uses descriptive qualitative. In determining the informants used by purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data and information from informants uses the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The theory used in this study is the theory of Richard M. Steers, where the distribution of the budget will be seen from three dimensions, namely Input, Process, and Output. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the distribution of the Village Fund BLT in the village of Limbang Jaya I, Ogan Ilir Regency has not been effective.
