EVALUASI KANDUNGAN FRAKSI SERAT SILASE PUCUK TEBU DENGAN PENAMBAHAN INOKULAN Trichoderma spp

The objective of this research was to know the influence of addition of inoculated Trichoderma spp at content of fibre fraction of sugarcane sprout. This research was conducted in two stages, first stage was maked silase of sugarcane sprout second analyse the fraction of fibre silase of sugarcane sprout by using method of Van Soest executed on Animal feed and Nutritive Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University. This research used Complete Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 5 replication, each PO (control), P1 (silage of sugarcane sprout with the addition of Trichoderma spp 5%), P2 (silage of sugarcane sprout with the addition of Trichoderma spp 10%), P3 (silage of sugarcane sprout with the addition of Trichoderma spp 15%). Obsemed parameters were NDF, ADF, Cellulose, Hemicellulose, Lignin and pH silage. The result of research analyse the fraction of fibre NDF, ADF, and lignin give the influence differ the reality ( P0.05) at content silage of sugarcane sprout. Conclution fforn this research that addition of inoculated Trichoderma spp 15% can degrade the value NDF ( 61.92%), ADF ( 54.16%), and cellulose ( 31.13%). While lignin content still be high enough ( 18.71%) silage of sugarcane sprout.
