This study aims to determine how the phenomenon of "Cybersex" is formed in the environment of Palembang city students. Maybe when reading the title it will immediately be thought that the main problem is the excessive use of technological devices but the opinion cannot be fully justified, in the research will be broken down into three aspects to answer how the phenomenon "Cybersex" arises, these three aspects are: background, type of behavior , and the impact that will be received by female students of "Cybersex", to get the three aspects used qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of Edwin Sutherland, the Differential Association Theory, where the theory will study the learning process of students in knowing "Cybersex". The results of this study found that technology is only a supporting factor for female students to get to know the phenomenon of "Cybersex, the main factor causing these students to be parents and the social environment.
