PENGARUH RASIO LOGAM Co/Mo TERHADAP POROSITAS DAN SIFAT KEASAMAN KATALIS Co/Mo MONMORILLONIT TERPILAR TiO2
The research about the effect of metal ratio influence Co/Mo to porosity and acidity of Co/Mo-Ti02 pillared montmorillonite catalyst had been done. Natural montmorillonite was modified with the piilaring agent Ti02 and then followed by Co/Mo impregnation with variation amount of Co:Mo 0:3,9724 g ; 10,9140:13,2414 g ; 16,3710:9,9310 g ; 21,8280:6,6207 g ; 6,5484:0 g. Parameter measured were acidity and porosity, parameter of porosity measured were surface area, total volume pore and average radius pore were analyzed with Gas Sorption Analyzer NOVA 1000. The type of isotherm adsorption that formed (BDDT classification) is type II for mesopores catalyst and the type of isotherm adsorption that formed (BET classification) is type B for slit-shaped pores or the space between parallel plates. The results of this research show that pillarization by Ti02 increase the specific surface area from 24,688 mz/g equal to 153.953 m2/g and the total pore volume of catalyst from 0,0431 cc/g equai to and 0.1872 cc / g. The influence of impregnation of Co/Mo resulted in a decrease of specific surface area and total pore volume in which the largest decline experienced by the Mont-Como 4 that is equal to 8.824 m2 / g and 0.02148 cc / g. Whereas, pore radius average increase with the largest increases in Mont-Como 2 that is equal to 72.803 A. Highest acidity at Ti02 pillared montmorillonite 6,9932 mmol/g and low acidity at Mont CoMo 4 equal to 2,5101 m mol/g.
