This thesis is entitled "CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY OF CRIMINAL ACTIONS OF FOREST PRODUCTS ACCOUNTING REVIEW OF LAW NUMBER 18 OF 2013 (STUDY OF DECISION Number 05 Pid.Sus/2019/PN Mna)" The first problem in this thesis is How is the Criminal Accountability of Perpetrators of Transporting Results Unlicensed Forests are reviewed from Law No. 18 of 2013. To answer this problem the author finds that the responsibility of perpetrators of criminal acts of transporting forest products is according to Law No. 18 of 2013 which is viewed from Judgment Study No. 05 Pid.Sus/2019/PN Mana Bengkulu Province that the decision has fulfilled the criminal provisions as stipulated in the Law on Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction. However, in the implementation of forest product supervision, there are still many shortcomings, including the role of the government, police officers, and related agencies in the hope that the supervisory function can be more active in supervising the implementation of forest product distribution.
