SIKAP ANGGOTA IPM (IKATAN PELAJAR MUHAMMADIYAH) TERHADAP ISU KHILAFAH DI SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 1 PALEMBANG
Caliphate is a form of leadership system by Islamic religious guidelines in applying the legal system following Islamic law brought by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Many this Muslim group who are not dominant in society still hold moderate Islamic values. The attitudes they take are undoubtedly diverse. Because to consider an attitude, it must measure the object's identification first carefully and not wrongly taken action, because from the attitude of a person will occur a tendency to act on an object. According to W.J. Thomas, there are three aspects of attitude: cognitive, affective, and conative. This research aims to find out how the attitude between beliefs and feelings towards the caliphate issue is circulating today, according to IPM members. The method used is descriptive quantitative with the primary informants that are the member of IPM. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire deployment and documentation. The results of this research are from respondents' answers showed that members of the Muhammadiyah Student Association 1 Palembang did not agree on the issue of the caliphate and from the results of hypothesis testing using independent tests stated that the attitude of members of the IPM (Muhammadiyah Student Association) to the issue of the caliphate is to disagree on the issue of the caliphate.
