This study is entitled "Implementation of policies for the Making and Ratification of Company Regulations in Palembang City." Company regulations are regulations that are made in writing by a company that contains work conditions and company regulations. Entrepreneurs who employ workers / laborers at least 10 ( ten) people are obliged to make company regulations Making company regulations is the responsibility of the entrepreneur, which in the process of making it must take into account the suggestions and considerations of the workers / laborers Background This research is that there are companies that make company regulations not in accordance with the Manpower Law. This research is descriptive, which uses qualitative research methods, the type of data used is secondary data and primary data. This study uses the Van Hord and Van Metter theory. From the results of the research the authors get several findings, including knowing what are the objectives and benefits. from Company Regulations for Companies and Workers / Laborers and also a description of how company regulations are implemented in a company and handling problems after pre-legalization of company regulations for both companies and workers / laborers, and there are still many companies that do not make company regulations which should be a guideline in work environment. The solution provided is training for companies that do not understand and penalties for companies that do not make company regulations.
