The welfare and quality of life of the villagers needs to be improved, therefore the village is given a great opportunity to take care of its own governance including its financial management managed by the village apparatus. In an effort to develop the performance capabilities of village apparatus on village financial management, training is carried out so that village apparatus can apply the principles of transparency, accountability and participatory. The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the capabilities of village apparatus after becoming a trainee of the village financial system in Banyuasin Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with data retrieval techniques used is the dissemination of questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation. The sample count in this study was 10% of the total population of 864 which was 99 respondents. The discussion was directed to find out how much influence of the training of the village financial system on the performance of village apparatus in Banyuasin Regency. The results showed that there was a positive influence of 46.7% between training on the performance of village apparatus. This can mean that training can increase an organization's productivity through activities such as: developing knowledge, so that work can be completed rationally and developing skills so that work can be completed more quickly and effectively. Advice to DPMD should be carried out ongoing training to village apparatus not only in its financial management. Keywords: training, village financial system, village apparatus performance
