EFEKTIVITAS RESTRUKTURISASI KREDIT SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN KREDIT BERMASALAH PADA BANK PERMATA CABANG LIPPO CIKARANG DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
The COVID-19 pandemic has made the world economy, especially in Indonesia, unstable. Banks are here to be one of the solutions for customers to restructure credit during this COVID-19 pandemic. Based on POJK No. 48/POJK.03/2020 regarding amendments to POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2020 and the form of its implementation is handed back to each bank. This research is an empirical legal research with a statutory and factual approach using primary data from the field and secondary data from various writings related to credit restructuring with deductive conclusions. Permata Bank Lippo Cikarang Branch is the object of this research which in implementing the credit restructuring, Permata Bank issues terms and conditions along with the steps that must be taken by the customer. In the implementation of credit restructuring, Permata Bank experienced a decrease in the percentage of NPL levels until the COVID-19 pandemic and from the implementation data, Bank Permata Lippo Cikarang Branch could be said to be effective in providing credit restructuring to customers.
