IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENGELOLAAN PASAR DESA DI DESA TNJUNG TEBT KBUPATEN LAHAT
This research is based on the problems that still exist on the implementation of Tanjung Tebat village’s traditional market management in Lahat district. The obstacles faced namely the set of rules that yet to be obeyed optimally by management apparatus, referring to Lahat’s local regulation No. 1 year 2014 about Tanjung Tebat village’s traditional market management in Lahat district. The aim of this study is to discover how the implementation on management regulations at Tanjung Tebat village’s traditional market in Lahat district works. The research method used is a qualitative-descriptive method. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this research are interview, observation and documentations. While the data analysis techniques are classification, data reduction, data presentation and condensations. This research use Randall B. Ripley and Grace a. Franklin’s theory, consists of three dimensions that can be used to determined successful policy implementations. The dimensions are, level of compliance, fluent implementation of functional routines and the desired impact. The result shows, on level of compliance dimension, implementations of Lahat district’s local regulations is not optimal, the fuctional routines isn’t yet to be fluent and the performance hasn’t reach managements target. Suggestion for the input are, apparatus must comply with the regulations, functional routines need to be cleared and managements have to pay attention to the performance targets.
