This study aims to find out how to analyze the effectiveness of funds from the Family of Hope Program in 2019 in Parit Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The theory used is the Theory of Effectiveness of Mardiasmo and the measurement of effectiveness is associated with Peraturan Menteri Sosial Tahun 2018 Tentang Program Keluarga Harapan. With 4 dimensions namely input, process, output and outcome. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with interview data collection techniques and documentation. Data analysis and reduction techniques using Atlas.ti software, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that there has not been the effectiveness of funds Program Keluarga Harapan in 2019 in Parit Village. According to the theory of effectiveness delivered mardiasmo that the measurement of the effectiveness of funds can be analyzed by comparing the results felt by the community with the budget used with the standard of giving that has been set. In this study, the output dimension can be said to be effective because there are 6 indicators and only 1 indicator that is not said to be effective. While in the outcome dimension there are 4 indicators and only 1 indicator is said to be effective. The ineffectiveness of this outcome is due to the indicator of reduced expenditure burden and increase of KPM revenue, Changes in Behavior and Independence of KPM, and Indicators of formal financial products and services to KPM, the three indicators can not be felt in the beneficiaries in Parit Village.
