TOTAL ERITROSIT, HEMATOKRIT DAN KELANG HIDUP IKAN SELINCAH ( Belontia hasselti SUNGAN ) DENGAN PEMBERIAN PAKAN YANG DITAMBAHKAN PROBIOTIK ASAL RAWA
Selincah fish (Belontia hasselti) is one type of fish that has the potential to be developed into aquaculture commodities. The challenge in selincah fish farming activities is the low survival of fish when fish are kept in a culture environment. Providing probiotic candidat bacteria from is one swamp alternative to improve the survival and health performance of selincah fish. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of adding candidate bacteria from swamp probiotics added to feed in improving the survival and health performance of selincah fish. The research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of P0 (control), P1 (Bacillus sp. (106 CFU.ml-1) 7.5 ml.kg-1 of feed and Streptomyces sp. (106 CFU.ml-1) 2.5 ml.kg-1 of feed), P2 (Bacillus sp. (106 CFU.ml-1) 2.5 ml.kg-1 of feed and Streptomyces sp. (106 CFU.ml-1) 7.5 ml.kg-1 of feed, P3 (Bacillus sp. (106 CFU.ml-1) 5 ml.kg-1 of feed and Streptomyces sp. (106 CFU.ml-1) 5 ml.kg-1 of feed). The parameters measured were weight growth, length growth, feed efficiency, survival rate, total erythrocytes and hematocrit tested using analysis of variance (ANSIRA) at 95% confidence. The amount of bacteria in the gut and the quality of water obtained are discussed descriptively. The results showed that P3 treatment which produced the highest erythrocyte 8,62 ± 0,728 (106 sel mm-3), hematocrit level 38,73 ± 1,241%, total bacterial density 7,96 x 107 CFU.ml-1, feed efficiency 75.99%, weight growth of 3.98 g, length growth of 3.83 cm, and survival rate 100%.
