ANALISIS USAHATANI DAN PENDAPATAN PETANI ANGGREK DI KOTA PALEMBANG
The aims of this research are to: 1) Analyze how much production costs are fixed costs and variable costs incurred by farmers for orchid farming. 2) Analyzing the amount of revenue and net income received by farmers in farming once-produced orchids in the city of Palembang. This research was conducted in Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. The location was chosen purposively (deliberately) with the consideration that Palembang City is one of the cities with the most orchid production in South Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is the case study method. case study is a method to find out and understand the object of research by using inclusive and comprehensive or comprehensive practice. The method used in this study is a purposive method, where the criteria are only orchid farmers in the Sako sub-district, Sukamaju subdistrict, Palembang. The entire population of farmers who grow orchids in Palembang City is 12 orchid farmers. The data used in this research are secondary data and primary data. Data processing is done with the help of Microsoft Excel. The results of this study that the production costs incurred by orchid farmers include fixed costs and variable costs, which are Rp. 1,320,049 per cultivated area per growing season.
