The purposes of this research were to farmers before and during the Covid: 1)comparing the income of rubber 19 pandemic in Ujan Mas Lama Village Ujan Mas District Muara Enim Regency, 2) analyzing the level of welfare of farmers seen from the standard of Decent Living Needs (KHL) as result of th Covide 19 pandemic in Ujan Mas Lama Village Ujan Mas District Muara Enim Regency, 3) knowing the strategies carried out by smallholder rubber farmers in dealing with the decline in income due to the CovidLama Village Ujan Mas Dist 19 pandemic in Ujan Mas rict Muara Enim Regency. The research was carried out in Ujan Mas Lama Village Ujan Mas District Muara Enim Regency. The location was done purposively. Data collection was carried out from January to February 2021. The research method used in this study was a survey method. The sampling method used in this study is a purposive sampling method with a total of 32 sample farmers. The results of this study are that there are differences in farmers’s income before and during the Covid Di19 pandemic in Ujan Mas L strict Muara Enim Regency, with ama Village Ujan Mas an average farmer income before the pandemic of IDR10.712.832/Ha/6Months, while the average income of farmers during the pandemic was IDR9.247.960/Ha/6Months with a difference in value of IDR1.464.872/ Ha/6Months. Farmers welfare level is obtained by adding up rubber farming income, nonrubber farming income and nonfarming income. There was a decline in the welfare of farmers during the pandemic. This is due to the decrease in income earned by farmers. There are three indicators that are used by farmers in dealing with declining incomes, namely actives strategies, passive strategies and network strategies.
