This study aims to knowing the public’s perception of mining in the perspective of environmental concervation in Teluk Kecapi Village, Pemulutan District parent, this study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, sampling using probability sampling technique of simple ramdom sampling and data collection is done through documentation and questionnaires, based on the results research shows that public perception of deep and mining perspective of environmental conservation in Teluk Kecapi Village, Pemulutan Induk Distict in Negative, Where the average value is 53,4% (≤) 62,5%. The recapitulation obtained from the average results, namely the mining principle indicator 63,1%, the Goal Indicator Mining 55,7%, Indicators of Preventive Measures 53,0%, Indicators of preservation Efforts 50,6%, and indicators of Curative Efforts 44,6%, thus the recearcher draws the conclusion that public perception if sand mining in the perspective of environmental conservation in Teluk Kecapi Village, Pemulutan Induk District in negative with an average score of 53,4% because the recapitulation results obtained by researchers through data analysis with intervals percentage 62,5%. where it has been determined previously that the score ≥ 62,5% has the criteria positive and a score of ≤ 62,5% has negative perception criteria.
