ISOLASI JAMUR ENDOFIT PADA MANGROVE (RHIZOPHORA APICULATA) DALAM UJI ANTIBAKTERI DARI KAWASAN MANGROVE TANJUNG API-API KABUPATEN BANYUASIN
Mangrove Rhizophora apiculata there is endophyte fungus in its tissues. Endophyte fungus in the tissue R. apiculata has the same compound as its host serves as an antibacterial. This study aims to analyze the types of endophytic fungi on the leaves of R. apiculata and analyze the potential of endophytic fungal extract R. apiculata in antibacterial tests. The method used in this study, isolating endophytic fungi from R. apiculata leaves, identifying the type of isolates found and testing antibacterial activity with the Kirby Bauer method. The research results obtained five isolates of endophytic fungi from three fungal genera, with three isolates from Aspergillus sp., one isolate cladosporium sp., and one isolate from the genus Penicillium sp. Three genera of endophyte fungi were found to have antibacterial activity against the bacteria S. aureus and P. aeruginosa. The widest bland zone is obtained from cladosporium sp. endophyte fungal extract, with an area of 24.76 mm in S. aureus bacteria and 8.75 mm in P. aeruginosa bacteria with a concentration of 10000 ppm.
