Welding technology is important for the joining process in the manufacturing industry, but there are welding processes that can affect the properties of welded joints in metals. The welding process will change the properties of the metal being welded. This includes changes in physical, mechanical and chemical properties. This study aims to determine the tensile strength of TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding of ST 37 steel with variations in current and seam. This study uses an experimental method, using TIG welding on ST 37 steel material using variations of current 90 A, 100 A, and 110 A and using a single V and half V seam. The value of the tensile strength on the V seam specimen with a welding current of 90 A is 34.59 kgf/mm2, at a current of 100 A it is 35.79 kgf/mm2, and at a current of 110 A it is 39.23 kgf/mm2. While on the half V seam with a current of 90 A it is 27.17 kgf/mm2, at a current of 100 A it is 34.73 kgf/mm2, and at a current of 110 A it is 35.92 kgf/mm2.
