EVALUASI DRUG RELATED PROBLEMS (DRPs) PADA PASIEN GERIATRI PENDERITA PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER (PJK) DI RSI SITI KHADIJAH PALEMBANG TAHUN 2020
Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is a condition when obstacles occur in the coronary arteries and cause the blood flow that carries the oxygen to heart being disrupted and the heart experiencing problems. CAD is the highest cause of death in the world and sufferers are dominated from the elderly or commonly called geriatrics (≥ 60 years). Geriatrics and CAD tend to have concomitant diseases so the drugs consumed will also increase. The more drugs consumed, the higher the likelihood of Drug Related Problems (DRPs). This study aims to determine the incidence of DRPs in geriatric patients with CAD in RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang inpatient installation in 2020. The study used descriptive methods by retrospective data collection through patient medical record data. Out of a total population of 75 patients, 37 patients were obtained as samples that met the inclusion criteria. The results of the study conducted that the characteristics of patients based on gender there are men 59,5% and women 40.5%. While based on the most common disease suffered is CHF (20,31%) and HHD (15,62%). In the drug use profile, the group of 6-10 drugs that have the highest percentage is 62,2% and the most widely used group of CAD drugs is the antiplatelet group (16,2%). DRPs evaluation results were known that there were drugs without indication 0,3%, indications without drugs 0,3%, drug inaccuracies 0%, low doses 3,1%, high doses 1,8%, drug interactions 47,1%, and noncompliance 8,9%
