This study aims to analyze what factors affect productivity and find out how much income from tidal rice farming at IP 100 and IP 200 in Air Salek District, Banyuasin Regency. This research uses analytical descriptive method and its implementation uses survey method. The research location was selected by purposive sampling and the selection of sample farmers using the disproportionate stratified random sampling method with a total of 60 farmers. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that all estimating variables simultaneously showed a significant effect on rice farming productivity at IP 100 and IP 200. Partially, at IP 100 the variables of land area, seeds, urea fertilizer and NPK fertilizer, while those that did not significantly affect were variables SP-36 fertilizer. At IP 200 partially the seed and urea fertilizer variables had a significant effect and for the land area variable, SP-36 fertilizer and NPK fertilizer had no significant effect on increasing the productivity of tidal swamp rice farming. The average income of farmers at IP 100 yields Rp27.328.440/lg/year and IP 200 farmers generate income of Rp35.196.525/lg/year.
