Pakcoy ( ). Brassica rapa Brassica rapa L.) Plants . ( Supervised L.) is a type of vegetable plant that is in great demand by the Indonesian people. Hydroponic cultivation technique is one of the efforts that can be done to meet the target of vegetable crop production. In general, in hydroponic cultivation, the nutrient s used are AB Mix nutrients, but AB Mix nutrients are not organic nutrients but nutrients that contain chemicals, therefore a study was conducted to determine the effect of POC water catfish culture waste added with some organic material through an anaerob ic fermentation process as an alternative nutrient to replace AB Mix nutrients on the growth and yield of pakcoy ( Brassica rapa L.). This research was conducted at the Hydroponic House, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya Ogan Ilir, Sou th Sumatra. This research was conducted from April to June 2021. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method. This study consisted of 6 treatments, each treatment consisted of 3 replications and there were 18 treatment units, so that in tota l there were 144 plants. The treatment factors used in this study were P0 (AB Mix), P1 (Liquid Organic Fertilizer 20%), P2 (Liquid Organic Fertilizer 40%), P3 (Liquid Organic Fertilizer 60%), P4 (Liquid Organic Fertilizer 80%), and P5 (100% Liquid Organic Fertilizer). Parameters observed in this study included analysis of POC nutrient content, plant height, number of leaves, leaf greenness, root length, crown weight, root weight, root crown ratio, and plant dry weight. The results showed that Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) from catfish culture wastewater with the addition of some organic matter anaerobically had a very significant effect on all observed variables, and the availability of nutrients in POC was still not able to meet the nutritional needs of p lants so that it could not replace AB Mix nutrition. The best pakcoy plant growth was still shown in the control treatment, namely AB Mix nutrition.
