Kejaksaan Tinggi Banten is a government agency engaged in the field of law. One part of the Kejaksaan Tinggi Banten is the Personnel Division. Currently, the applicable personnel administration business process still uses paper (paper-based administration), and some use computers. In its development, the staffing area of the Kejaksaan Tinggi Banten has had a good technological infrastructure, but its utilization has not been optimal due to the conditions in the system that have not been integrated and utilize information technology and data that is still stored in archive form. Therefore, this study aims to design an enterprise architecture of personnel information system as a basic framework for business solutions to solve problems in optimizing the use of information technology owned. In this study, enterprise architecture planning uses TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) method. This enterprise architecture planning will produce business architecture planning, application architecture, data architecture, technology architecture, opportunity,and solution architecture as well as gap analysis in each architecture.
