The Completely Randomized Design was used in this study with three levels of treatment (D) and each treatment had five replications. The treatments were consisted of Vi (nutrient solution Container of 0.57 m3), W2 (nutrient solution Container of 0.47 m3), and V3 (nutrient solution Container of 0.34 m3). The result showed that different nutrient solution containers had highly significant effect on wet weight and dry weight of red spinach crop. The observation for crop height and leaves number was carried out since the first week until the crop was four week old. The observation result showed that the highest oxygen availability was found at treatment Vi with magnitude of 6.89 ppm, whrereas the lowest one was found at treatment of V3 with magnitude of 6.25 ppm. The highest value of crop height was found at treatment V! with magnitude of 26 cm, whereas the lowest one was found at treatment V3 with magnitude of 21.6 cm. The highest value of leaves number was found at treatment Vi with magnitude of 20, whereas the lowest one was found at treatment V3 with magnitude of 10.8. The highest value of crop wet weight was found at treatment Vj with magnitude of 32.62 g, whereas thelowest one was found at treatment V3 with magnitude of 9.77 g. The highest value of crop dry weight was found at treatment Vj with magnitude of 3.09 g, whereas the lowest one was found at treatment V3 with magnitude of 1.09 g. The highest value of total leaf area was found at treatment Vi with magnitude of 6.2 cm2, whereas the lowest one was found at treatment V3 with magnitude of 1.64 cm2. The best size for for nutrient Container volume was 0.57 m3.
