This study aims to determine the effect of giving coffee rind compost and NPK fertilizer on planting media on the growth of Arabica coffee (Coffea arabica L.) seedlings. The study was conducted in Tongkok Village, Pajar Bulan District, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province. This study was conducted in March 2021 - August 2021. The study used a factorial randomized block design, with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor is Compost of coffee rind waste, K0 = Control (without compost of coffee coolies waste), K1 = Soil + 200 g plants, K2 = Soil + 300 g plants, K3 = Soil + 400 g plants. The second factor is the application of NPK fertilizer, P0 = Control (without NPK fertilizer), P1 = 10 g plants, P2 = 15 g plants, P3 = 20 g plants. Parameters observed included increase in plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, leaf greenness level, root length, root wet weight, root dry weight, canopy wet weight, canopy dry weight. Based on the results of the analysis of diversity using the ANOVA test and 5% BNJ, it showed that the combination treatment of coffee husk waste compost and NPK fertilizer had a very significant effect on the variables of leaf greenery level, root length, root wet weight, root dry weight, crown wet weight, and vegetative effect. on the variables of plant height, number of leaves, canopy dry weight and did not significantly affect stem diameter.
