Ethnobotany is a field of science that studies the relationship between humans and their intercations with plants. Rambang Trible in Pagar Agung Village Rambang District Muara Enim Regency Sumatera Selatan still use plants as medicine to treat a disease that has been passed down from generation to generation. The purpose of this research is to find out and identify the types of plants than have medicinal properties, to know how to process and how to use plants as medicine. This research was conducted from february 2020 to from august 2020. Sampling and plate date were taken in Pagar Agung village Rambang District Muara Enim Regency by using descriptive survey method and field observations with the interview process of 3 traditional healers(battra). The results showed 65 types of plants from 37 families. The most widely used families for medicine was Asteraceae with 6 species. The most widely used habitus is a tree of 18 types of medicinal plants. Plants organ that are widely used are the leaves of 39 types of medicinal plants with the largest source of gian in the from cultivation or planting 45 types of medicinal plants. Processing way of medicinal plants at most by boiling as many as 26 of medicinal plants, and how to use medicinal plants most widely used in drinking as many as 44 of medicinal plants.
