KEANEKARAGAMAN SPESIES MAKROFITA PADA MUSIM KEMARAU DI RAWA LEBAK DESA KURO DAN BANGSAL KECAMATAN PAMPANGAN KABUPATEN OKI SUMATERA SELATAN
Macrophytes have an important role in aquatic ecosystems. The existence of variations in the type of lebak swamp in Pampangan District based on water sources, duration of inundation and depth of inundation, it is estimated that there are still lebak swamps that still function as habitat for macrophytes in the dry season. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of species, types of life, and the percentage of macrophyta cover during the dry season in the lebak swamps of Kuro and Bangsal villages, Pampangan district, OKI regency, South Sumatra. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method, which is based on the consideration of areas that are still waterlogged and there are macrophytes. Sampling was carried out at 3 stations by making 3 transects at each station, and 5 plots at each transect. The results showed that there were 7 families of macrophytes namely Cyperaceae, Lentibulariaceae, Nymphaeaceae, Onagraceae, Poaceae, Pontederiaceae, and Salviniaceae, which consisted of 11 species and 3 types of living macrophytes namely emergent, free-floating and floating-leaves. The species diversity index value ranges from 0.90-1.34 which is categorized as low-medium. The highest percentage cover value was Salvinia molesta (73.75%), and the lowest was Nymphaea alba (2.5%). Keywords: Lebak Swamp, Macrophyte Diversity, Pampangan
