IDENTIFIKASI SENYAWA ORGANIK FRAKSI ENDAPAN DARI EKSTRAK METANOL BUAH TEMBESU (Fragraea fragrans Roxb) SECARA LCMS/MS DAN AKTIVITAS ANTIBAKTERI
This research was conducted to identify organic compounds in the precipitate fraction of the methanol extract tembesu fruit (Fragraea fragrans) by LCMS/MS analysis and antibacterial activity against P. acnes, S.aureus and P.aeruginosa. Tembesu fruit (Fragraea fragrans) was extracted by maceration with methanol solvent and carried out at room temperature. Antibacterial test of organic compounds of precipitate fraction of the methanol extract activity of tembesu fruit (test compound) against P. acnes, S. aureus and P. aeruginosa bacteria has also been done. Identification of those compounds was carried out by means of LCMS/MS analysis. Tembesu fruit extract was successfully precipitated as much as 4g (0,3 %) in the form of a yellow powder. Based on the LCMS/MS data analysis, there were eleven organic compounds and three of them as the major at retention time of 9,36; 9,58 and 3,91 minutes in the form of ursolic acid and it’s isomer oleanolic acid, 3-oxo-ursanaldehyde and it’s isomer 3-oxo-oleanaldehyde and erythrocentaurine. Test compound showed antibacterial activity with a Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) value of 20 mg/mL against of P. acnes bacteria, 25 mg/mL against S.aureus and P. aeruginosa bacteria. Providing a Minimum Bacteria Concentration (MBC) against P. acnes, S. aureus and P. aeruginosa of 30 mg/mL in each of tested bacteria. Keywords : Tembesu fruit, Precipitate, Antibacterial, LCMS/MS
