Fish resource is one of the aquatic biological resources the biggest. Based on data collected in Indonesia there are 1.248 spesies of fish included 19 ordo and 101 family. Measurement of distance and kinship in variation categorization in taxonomy can be determined from the morphological character. Morphological characters includes morhometric and meristic studies of fish. This sishes were obtained from Suaka Margasatwa Dangku by diversity team FMIPA – ZSL Kelola Sendang in Suaka Margasatwa Dangku, South Sumatera. This study focuses on the morphometric and meristic measurent of fish. The result is that there 6 species in Suaka Margasatwa Dangku. Barbodes lateristriga has the largest morphometric difference with total length largest is 96,79 mm and the smallest 31,92 mm. The result of meristic calculations carried out have the same number as the previous research in Suaka MargasatwaDangku reserve has no potential for new species.
