This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee loyalty. The population in this study were all employees at PT Sejahtera Jaya Abadi, totaling 40 people. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty at PT Sejahtera Jaya Abadi. The analytical technique used is simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 26 program. The results of the study state that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.
