PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN MARKETING ASTRA MOTOR INDRALAYA
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at Astra Motor Indralaya Marketing section, the effect of work stress on employee performance at Astra Motor Indralya Marketing section , the effect of compensation and work stress on employee performance at Astra Motor Indralaya Marketing section. This research is quantative.the population of as many as 35 people. The sampling method used is census method (total sampling), so that all the population is used as a sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regession. The result of hyphotesis testing prove the compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, which means an increase in compensation will be followed by an increase in employee performance. The result of hyphotesis testing prove the work stress has a positive effect on employee performance, which means an increase in work stress will be followed by an increase in employee performance. This proves that the pressure of achieving work targets increases employee motivation. The result of hyphotesis testing prove the compensation and work stress has a positive effect on employee performance. Keywords : Employee Performance , Compensation , Work Stress
