This study was conducted to find out how much influence the area and the number of workers have on coffee production in Indonesia. Case studies in 5 provinces including Aceh, North Sumatra, South Sumatra, Lampung and East Java. Data Types of secondary data in the period 2005-2020. The analytical technique used in this research is a quantitative analysis technique using the panel data regression method with the Eviews9 tool. The results showed that area area had a significant positive effect on coffee production, and labor had a significant positive effect on coffee production.
