ISOLASI DAN IDENTIFIKASI BAKTERI PENDEGRADASI HIDROKARBON DARI RIZOSFER LAMTORO GUNG (Leucaena leucocephala (Lamk.) de Wit) PADA FITOREMEDIASI LIMBAH MINYAK BUMI
Isolation and identification of hydrocarbon degrading bacteria rhizosphere of lamtoro gung (Leucaena leucocephala (Lamk.) de Wit) on the phytoremediation oil sludge had been done on January-March 2012 at Laboratory of Microbiology, Departement of Biology, Mathematics and Natural Science Faculty of Sriwijaya University. The purposes of this research are to get isolates of hydrocarbon degrading bacteria from rhizosphere of Lamtoro Gung {Leucaena leucocephala (Lamk.) de Wit) and to know the characteristics of each isolate. The sample of soil were taken from control bioreactor (without Leucaena leucocephala (Lamk.) de Wit) and treatment bioreactor (planted Leucaena leucocephala (Lamk.) de Wit). Soil samples were taken every 1 week in 1 month. The results of the isolation and selection were obtained 14 bacteria isolates which were potential in degradation of hydrocarbon. Based on the result identification of bacteria isolates from treatment bioreactor (planted Leucaena leucocephala (Lamk.) de Wit) was obtained 11 isolates consist of 3 isolates of Micrococcus, 3 isolates of Azotobacter, 2 isolates of genera Alcaligenes, each isolates of Azomonas, Acinetobacter and Staphylococcus, while from control bioreactor (without Leucaena leucocephala (Lamk.) de Wit) was obtained 3 bacteria isolates that is 2 isolates of Micrococcus and 1 isolate of Pseudomonas.
