UJI EFEKTIVITAS ANTIULSER EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN CEMPEDAK (Artocarpus champeden L.) PADA TIKUS PUTIH JANTAN GALUR WISTAR YANG DIINDUKSI ETANOL
Cempedak leaves (Artocarpus champeden L.) contain secondary metabolites such as flavonoids, tannins, saponins and have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This study aims to determine the antiulcer effect of ethanol extract of cempedak leaves (A. champeden L.) with the parameters of the area of gastric injury, gastric volume, pH and total gastric acidity and gastric histology. This study used white male wistar rats which were divided into 6 groups, namely normal group (Na CMC 0.5%), positive group (Omeprazole 20mg/kgBW), negative group (Na CMC 0.5%), treatment I was given 100 mg /kgBW of ethanol extract of cempedak leaves, treatment II was given 200 mg/kgBW of ethanol extract of cempedak leaves and Treatment III was given 400 mg/kgBW of ethanol extract of cempedak leaves for 14 days. On the 15th day, rats will be induced by absolute ethanol in all groups except the normal group. The total flavonoid content contained in cempedak leaves extract was 75.56 mgQE/g. The results showed that the ethanol extract of cempedak leaves was able to reduce ulcers on the gastric mucosa as indicated by a significant difference with the negative group (p
