ESTIMASI PARAMETER MODEL REGRESI COX PROPORTIONAL HAZARD MENGGUNAKAN METODE EFRON DAN EXACT TERHADAP WAKTU KAMBUH PASIEN ENDOMETRIOSIS
Survival analysis is a collection of statistical procedures for data analysis for which the outcome variable of interest is time until an event occurs. In survival analysis, ties are sometimes found. Ties can cause problems in establishing the partial likelihood when determining the component of the risk set. Ties can be overcome by using the breslow, efron, and exact. The purpose of this study was to form a cox proportional hazard regression model with parameter estimation using the efron and exact methods on data on the relapse time endometriosis patients. Several factors of food intake that are thought to affect the relapse time of postoperative endometriosis patients used are fruit, milk, soybean, seafood, bean sprouts, garlic, butter, wheat, cheese, mustard greens, red meat, caffeine, soda, green tea. The results of the analysis show that based on the cox proportional hazard regression model, the exact method is the best method for dealing with ties of data on relapse time of postoperative endometriosis patients. Food intake factors that can reduce the risk of endometriosis are consumption of fruit 1-4 times a week. Consumption of bean sprouts 3-7 times a week, and consumption of mustard greens 1-7 times a week. While food intake factors that can increase the risk of relapse in endometriosis patients are seafood consumption 1-2 times a week which has a risk of relapse 70 times compared to those who consume seafood 1-3 times a month, milk consumption 3-4 times a week which has 34 times risk of relapse compared to those who consume milk 1-3 times a month, soybean consumption 1-3 times a week with 47 times the risk of relapse and consumption of soybean 4-7 times a week with 69 times the risk of relapse compared to those who consume soybean 1-3 times a month.
