This study aims to determine the implementation and factors that influence of jumputan skills training in developing vocational capabilities package C in citizens studied at PKBM Athree Palembang City. This research uses descriptive qualitataive research. Data was collected using interviews, observation and documentation methods with the subject of PKBM chairman, a tutor, and citizens studied. The results of the research obtained in this study are: 1) The implementation of jumputan skills training conducted at PKBM Athree in developing vocational skills has been going well, and the manager has carried out three stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The planning phase includes determining the objectives, determining the schedule and time, determining the number of trainees and tutors, determining the criteria and requirements of the trainees, preparing materials to the facilities and infrastructure to be implemented. The implementation phase of jumputan skills training begins with the tutor providing knowledge about jumputan, the introduction of tools and materials, and the steps in practice. The evaluation phase, including the way of assessment, assessment criteria, and the work of citizens learn. 2) Factors that influence the implementation of jumputan skills training are supporting factors consisting of the spirit of educators in providing learning about jumputan, material support from the government, adequate training facilities, and motivation to learn citizens to attend high enough training. As for the inhibiting factors include students who are late to work on jumputan, limited traning equipment, and a short implementation time.
