EFEKTIFITAS JAMUR Beauveria bassiana (Bals.) Vuill DAN EKSTRAK BUAH KARDIA (Bellucia pentamera Naudin) SEBAGAI LARVASIDA TERHADAP LARVA Culex quinquefasciatus Say
Filariasis and chikungunya is spreading in almost all regions of Indonesia. Both this disease caused by the mosquito Culex quinquefasciatus say.. Based on the foregoing, it takes a controlling mechanism that is friendly to the environment. One of his efforts is to use a entomopatogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana (Bals.) Vuill and fruit plants kardia (Bellucia pentamera Naudin). Mosquito controlling is basically easier on stadium larvae, because at this stage, motion and its activities are still in the water and limited. The purpose of this research is to know the activity of fungi entomopatogen b. bassiana and fruit extracts kardia (b.pentamera) as a larvacide for larvae phase III Cx. quinquefasciatus and knowing the LC50 and LC90 entomopatogen fungus b. bassiana and extracts of kardia fruit (b. pentamera) larvacide for larvae phase III Cx. quinquefasciatus. Research design in the research was Complete Random Design. On this research for testing with the fungus b. bassiana is made with the respective dilution control (0 spores/ml101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106 dan abate 0,001%. Testing by using fruit extracts of b. pentamera created serial concentration of 1%, 1.25%, 1.5%, 1.75%, 2%, 2.25%, 2.5%, 3% and abate 0.001% and each treatment is repeated 4 times repetition. The analysis used One-way ANOVA, Bonferroni test and analysis of the probit. The results of this research fo extract of kardia fruit (b. pentamera) at the time of the 24 hour test, in sorted of concentration of 1.0% to 3.0% larvae mortality caused by as much as 2 larvaes, 4 larvaes, 8 larvaes, 20 larvaes,17 larvaes, and 22 larvaes. While at the time the test 48 hours, in sorted of concentration of 1.0% to 3.0% mortality of larvae cause as much as the 3 larvaes, 10 larvaes, 14 larvaes, 21 larvaes, 23 larvaes and 23 larvaes. One Way ANOVA analysis which is done either at the time or 24 hours test time test 48 hours shows that there is a significant difference, because it is based on the time trial 24 hours and 48 hours, get the value of the p value 0.00, because of 0.000 < 0.05, so that 0.05 < the level of significance of 5% there is the influence the granting of extracts of kardia fruit (b. pentamera) larvae mortality against larvae phase III Cx. quinquefasciatus. At the time of the test, the 24-hour LC50 of extracts of kardia fruit (b. pentamera) is 1.915%, whereas LC90 from extracts of kardia fruit (b. pentamera) is 3.058%. At the time of 48-hour LC50 test from extracts of kardia fruit (b. pentamera) is 1.525%, whereas LC90 from extracts of kardia fruit (b. pentamera) is 2.453%. The results of research using the entomopatogenic fungus b. bassiana at the time of the 24 hour test, in sorted of 101 to 106 dilution causes mortality of larvae as much as 1 larvae, 2 larvaes, 3 larvaes, 3 larvaes, 4 larvaes and 6 larvaes. While at the time of the test 48 hours, in sorted of 101 to 106 dilution causes mortality of larvae as much 3 larvaes, 5 larvaes, 6 larvaes, 7 larvaes, 10 larvaes and 13 larvaes. One Way ANOVA analysis which is done either at the time or 24 hours test time test 48 hours shows that there is a significant difference, because it is based on the time trial 24 hours and 48 hours, get the value of the p value 0.000, because of 0.000 < 0.05, i.e. so that 0.05 < the level of significance of 5% there is the influence the granting of mold spores of b. bassiana against larvae mortality of larvae phase III Cx. quinquefasciatus. At the time of the test, the 24-hour LC50 of density mold spores of b. bassiana was 2.935 × 106 spores/ml, whereas the density of LC90 mold spores of b. bassiana is 5.586 × 106 spores/ml. 48 hours test time on the LC50 of the density of mold spores of b. bassiana is 1.35 × 106 spores/ml, while the density of LC90 mold spores of b. bassiana was 3.31 × 106 spores/ml.
