Study of macrozoobenthos community at Selincah River Waters has been conducted from March to July 2011. This study amis to determine the structure of macrozoobenthos community which consist of the composition, abundance, diversity, dominancy and similarity of communities located at the Selincah River Waters. Determination of sampling sites were conducted by Purposive Random Sampling at 5 stations. The samples of macrozoobenthos were identified at the Laboratory of Physiology and Animal Taxonomy, Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Sriwijaya, Indralaya, while the physical and Chemical analysis of bottom substrate performed at the Laboratory of Soil, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sriwijaya, Indralaya. From the results obtained 14 genera of macrozoobenthos which are grouped into five classes, namely Gastropoda, Polychaeta, bivalvia, Insecta and Crustacea. Density ranged from 300 - 3300 Ind./m2. Levels of diversity are moderate, ranging from 1.947 to 2.558 and no dominant a species was found. Structure of community between stations was also relatively similar.
