A research about combination of Salvinia molesta and mix culture of indigen petrophilic bacterial on bioremediation with some consentration of liquid waste petroleum has been done on June to July 2013 in Microbiology Laboratory Department of Biology and Chemical Analysis Laboratory Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Sriwijaya University. The study aims to discover bioremediation capabilities combination of Salvinia molesta and mix culture of indigen petrophilic bacterial in liquid waste petroleum. The experiments design used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications. The observed variables were bacterial numbers, the average dry weight of Salvinia molesta, physical changes of Salvinia molesta and TPH reduction percentage. The results of research showed that the combination of Salvinia molesta and indigen petrophilic bacterial able to decrease of TPH in each tTeatment of concentrations petroleum liquid waste, with the highest percentage reduction in TPH concentration is at 40%, amounting to 93.82% (1352 ppm) which is supported by the end of the dry weight Salvinia molesta was 11.74 grams. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that addition of effluent concentration that indicates good results of bioremediation is the effluent concentration of 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% with the reduction percentage of TPH is 93,7%, 93,8%, 91,9% and 88,7%.
