MODEL IMPROVED BUNDLING PRICING BERDASARKAN FUNGSI UTILITAS LINIER DAN FUNGSI UTILITAS ISOELASTIC UNTUK KONSUMEN HETEROGEN HIGH END DAN LOW END DENGAN TIGA SKEMA PEMBIAYAAN FLAT FEE, USAGE BASED DAN TWO-PART TARIFF
This research aims to formulate the information service pricing scheme based on high end and low end heterogeneous consumer satisfaction levels. The initial model was developed by utilizing the bundling pricing scheme by considering the service quality of the Linear utility function and the Isoelastic utility function to measure the level of customer satisfaction and obtain more optimal results. The problem solving of Improved Bundling Pricing model is solved by using Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programing (MINLP). The data used is in the form of Lpse Traffic from a local server which is divided into peak hours and off peak hours. This model was solved of the LINGO 13.0 software. The results of the analysis obtained in this study indicate that the two-part tariff pricing scheme based on the Isoelastic utility function using the bundling pricing scheme obtained more optimal results, namely IDR 7.83235×〖10〗^14/kbps with 467 iterations compared to a two-part tariff pricing scheme based on an Linier utility function, the oprimal solution is IDR 3299,700/kbps with 36 iterations, with that ISP can save time and the resources needed
